We need an experienced Telephony Developer to join our expanding development team. You’ll work closely with engineers and the product team to develop and deliver our Telephony Platform that works as an integral part of Aeriandi’s SAAS platform and products served from that platform. You’ll work on a wide range of customer facing and internal projects to ensure the Telephony platform continues to provide the functionality and scalability required by the Aeriandi and its customers.
Reporting to the Head of Development, you will take responsibility for the technical solution of Aeriandi Cloud Services for delivery to large enterprise customers, channel partners, and telcos. The primary focus is to design and integrate Aeriandi’s Cloud Platform API’s and services with client systems for Aeriandi’s payments, fraud and security and telecoms products and services. Secondary responsibilities include supporting technical pre-sales opportunities and POCs for new product developments/integration methods.
APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER/JUNIOR DEVELOPER
You will have experience of development using c# and .Net 4.0+, production experience, good skills in Microsoft SQL Server (2008+), extensive experience in Windows and experience of web-based applications.
Reporting to the Service & Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing first and second line support to Aeriandi’s enterprise customers for Aeriandi’s secure payment processing, call recording and CRM applications. We are looking for applicants with experience in an application support role in a technical organisation as well as excellent spoken and written English.
